We own and operate the repair shop,
which takes pride in excellent workmanship and speedy turn around time. We
repair smoking pipes for pipe and tobacco shops all across the United States.
Currently,we repair for over 140 stores. We take our work seriously and
know how important the pipe is to the customer. Our goal is to repair the
pipes as the customer requests. Please feel confident when sending your pipes
for repair.
When sending a pipe, please send
in a good, sturdy box with ample packing. Please send complete pipe with all
parts, along with good, clear instructions as to repairs needed. Be sure to
enclose your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. When pipe repair
is complete, you will be contacted with the total cost of repairs and shipping.
We ship with U.P.S. and U.S. Postal Service. All shipping is at actual cost plus $.50 for handling. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. Insurance provided at request.
